Group & Personal Training

Mini's offers a variety of training programs to help you reach both your health and fitness goals. Chose from Group, Personal 1-on-1 and Small Group Training Programs.

Bootcamp

Fat blasting, circuit training style group workout. High intensity 30 second stations set to fun music. Each class is never the same and always starts your weekend right. 

Youth Programs

Mini’s HOP welcomes all youth ages 6 and up. We proudly currently serve students from Vista Del Lago High School, Oak Ridge High School, Folsom High School Boy's and Girl´s Basketball and Cordova High School Football.
