I’m your traditional 40-something suburban mom who’s metabolism is slowing down. I’ve run a few marathons and half marathons…getting tired of running, walking, gym cardio. Ended up gaining 10 lbs over last year.
I was very nervous trying new gym that was weights/reps focused. I have no history of weight training. Day crew of Tom, Jen and Roberto are great. The team is very focused on proper form, slowing the exercise down for max effect, proper breathing and being safe. I love my time here. Yes it’s hard work, yes I sweat my butt off, yes I am exhausted at end of day…but I feel great
Love the Saturday boot camp. Trainer Hammer is awesome too.
Adults must wear long sleeved shirts…not a pickup joint. You’re here to sweat, follow the trainers direction and get in great shape.
Members are of all ages, shapes and sizes.
This is not your father’s gym…but if it was….he’s definitely in waaay better shape than you
